Founded by Dr. Gnanesh Coomaraswamy, and joined by a group of experienced financial professionals representing complementary disciplines, Finzat will offer blockchain solutions to a wide range of financial institutions whose businesses are driven by multi-step, data sensitive transactions.
- The end product is a financial instrument that is part of the multi trillion dollar global mortgage industry and its trading platforms
- Each node in this sequence of separate transactions is performed subject to unique protocols and profit hurdles of the different participants
- Blockchain solutions designed by Finzat using its SAFE approach will improve existing processes by eliminating unnecessary steps, reducing costs and creating a more streamlined, secure way of doing business.
Finzat have released a white paper detailing an innovative product that separates credit and interest rate risk in whole loans. Trading in Credit Retained Loans (or CaRLs) will start soon on the Finzat network.
Track and monitor document changes
Improved, robust and secure data storage
Trusted and simplified audit process
The blockchain is a decentralized ledger of all transactions across a peer-to-peer network. Using this technology , participants can confirm transactions without the need for a central authority.
Potential applications include fund transfers, settling trades, voting and many other uses.
Someone requests a transaction
The requested transaction is a broadcast to P2P network consisting of computers known as nodes.
The network of nodes validates the transaction and the users status using known algorithms.
A verified transaction can involve cryptocurrency, contacts, records or other information.
The transaction is complete.
The new block is then added to the existing blockchain, in a way that is permanent and unalterable.
Once verified, the transaction is combined with other transactions to create a new block of data for the ledger.
